Gary Lufu Kun ( English: Gary Ruvkun , 1952 Nian 3 Yue 26 Ri - ), United States Molecular Biology at home, Boston, Harvard Medical School genetics professor. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1973 and received a doctorate from Harvard University . Ruvkun discovered that the first microRNA, lin-4, regulates the translation of these targets by incomplete base pairing with the target messenger RNA, and discovered the second microRNA , let-7 , and it's in animals ( Including humans how to protect during phylogeny. In 2008 won the Lasker Basic Medicine Award .
